NOPAL®
These are Opuntia Ficus Indica pads. They are commonly known as Prickly Pear cactus. There are over 150 varieties. This species does not produce fruit. We are the experts at choosing the tender pads, filled with minerals, vitamins and fibre. After carefully removing each thorn by hand (it is an artisanal process), we dehydrate them then we finely grind them in order to either be our amazing 100% NOPAL ® powder or we cut them into strips and make our delicious mouth watering gourmet snacks.
